Take the train from Armstrong to mile 44.3 on the West side of the bridge at Redhead Lake. Proceed north on Nemo River to Snake and Windfall Lakes. Take the Allanwater River through Brennan and Granite Lakes to Wabakimi & Kenoji Lakes, Ogoki River into Whitewater Lake. See the Wendell Beckwith cabins on Best Island and exit to the SW via McKinley Lake to Smoothrock Lake, Caribou River, Caribou Lake and Little Caribou Lake to the take-out by the bridge at the south end. The bridge is 5km (3 miles) from the town of Armstrong.
This is a 211km (131 mile) 12 day canoe trip.
